nXDS Overhaul Kit, A73501810
The A73501810 Overhaul Kit is intended for use during major service and overhaul of Edwards nXDS dry scroll vacuum pumps. This kit contains the service components required to support an overhaul procedure, in accordance with the maintenance instructions provided in the relevant pump instruction manual. nXDS overhauls should be complete only by personnel familiar with XDS pump maintenance practices.
